| The multiple sequence retrieval tool (MultiSRT) enables you to download multiple sequences at once. Just enter the ToxoDB ide
ntifiers - separated by a blank space or the "ENTER"-key, select your preferred output format and click "Run".
By default the MultiSRT will prompt you for a filename as it attempts to save the data to your disk. If you just want to view the data
rather than downloading them to your disk select the option "Display in browser window" under "output options".
If you want to retrieve e.g. only the first 17 amino acids of all protein starting with "PFC00", enter Start: "1" and Stop: "17" and
append the wildcard "*" to your identifier ("PF00*").
